Oct. 17 (Bloomberg) — Sumner Redstone ’s National Amusements Inc. is in talks to refinance $1.6 billion in unsecured notes and bank debt because of the plunge in CBS Corp. and Viacom Inc., said a person close to the company who is familiar with the negotiations.
